Don't be stuck in the "obsession"

Hello, today is Sunday, May 10th.

It is a Zen question and answer story of the hearing from the acquaintance.

In the Zen temple, it is said that you can practice "Zen" by staying in the room.

You don't have to drink or eat, so you'll have a meal.

Then, the priest asks the person who is receiving the meal so.

"How does it taste?”

If you are asked, generally

"It's delicious," he replies.

But this monk, again

"How does it taste?It asks.

The person who was asked, even though it is puzzled

"Oh, yes, it's delicious."

Then, the monk.

In addition, it comes to ask.

"How does it taste?”

And an infinite loop…

So-called Zen questions and answers.

In the heart of the questioned person

"What the hell is this?”

The question is that it is not enough to answer the swirl, but as an answer in this case, it is assumed that it is correct.

.

When I heard this story, what does this question mean?

and felt, but

However, there seems to be some discovery when the viewpoint is moved a little, too.

… for example.

It may be said that the taste is not a talking thing but a taste.

Or, more importantly,

"Aren't you obsessed with taste?"

The question also sounds…

  • It's delicious, so it's OK.
  • It's not good, so it's not good.

But is it really the essence of food?

If you think about it like that

"How does it taste?”

The is a

The solution may be the right answer.

In our busy lives every day, we are caught and caught, unintentionally, and quite as obviously, without our own awareness…

I might be able to feel such a thing from this Zen question and answer.

"I have to be ○○"

Well in fact

It is not a goal to stretch yourself or others obediently, but as a result, you may be tying yourself or the people around you.

"○○", "○○", "Of course ○○", "○○"

Various restraints, assumptions, commitments, things that cripple yourself, and put restrictions on your thoughts and actions.

From such a thing, i'll set myself free, and people around me (family, children, colleagues, subordinates…) I'll set you free.

From there, you can get the true honest growth.

It might be such a thing, too.

Let's assume the commitment assumption and the restraint which is walking while counting the number of steps to walk in my thought and the action of every day today, and try to make oneself a little free from the word ??○○ from the word "○ ○" because it looks back on whether it is not done to oneself or surrounding people, and sees what is happening by such a sticking and assumption restraint objectively.

Today, sunday, why don't you let go of the "commitment" that you have in yourself?
